Unfortunately, all too often our sleep is either postponed by unexpected wakefulness caused by worry and stress, or interrupted by nightmares.
Available in a wide variety of sizes, styles and fabrics, our Dream Pillows are filled with our very own herbal mixtures: Restful Dreams, Pleasant Dreams or 100% Lavender. Simply slip them underneath your usual bed pillow to enjoy a tranquil night from which you wake feeling ready to get up and GO! If you have allergies to plants in general, or have any sort of reaction to the Dream Pillow, cease use immediately.
Clothing & Construction Details:
Herbal Dream pillows can be made from any type of fabric, and typical pillow size starts at 6"x6".
We have many types of fabric in stock for the creation of your Dream Pillow, or you may provide your own. If you choose to do so, please ensure that it's properly cleaned prior to sending it in to us. Pillows can be filled completely with herbs or a combination of fiber fill and herbs.

Mugwort - Europeans once believed this aromatic herb would bring good and vivid dreams. Mugwort leaves have a sage like smell. Sweet Marjoram - Once the plant that sanctified marital bliss, as its name suggests, a gentle, subtly perfumed calming herb. Hops - Hops have a long reputation as a sedative and as a preservative to brewers. Per Jim Long of Long Creek Herbs "This is the very best blend for people who have difficulty sleeping or suffer from nightmares."

Lavender Pillow & Sachet Filling
Lavender, Lavendula officinalis is an herb that's very special to us here at Lavender Way... according to Rodale's Illustrated Encyclopedia of Herbs (© 1987 by Rodale Press, Inc.) "The power of smell invokes some of our strongest and fondest memories." According to herbalist Dorothy Hall, Lavender is perfect for those who have trouble sleeping because their mind is too active. Peter Holmes, L.Ac., M.H indicates that it's relaxing and helps calm the mind. Mothers throughout history have used it as a component of nightly baths in hopes of generating a night of peaceful slumber for both baby AND mother. What better herb, then, to use to fill our Dream Pillows?

A deposit of $20 is required before we begin working on your project...a final quote will be sent via email, and if you don't wish to proceed at that point your deposit will be refunded. You'll be sent a PayPal invoice for the balance due when your order is complete. An email will be sent advising you of instructions for sending your material to Lavender Way.
Shipping Charges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, it's not possible for us to determine accurate shipping costs when you place your order. Once your item(s) is/are ready to send out, we'll email you a PayPal invoice for the actual shipping charges. There are no handling or other extra fees...you only pay what it costs us to send your order, and we'll pick the least expensive way possible for you. Your order will ship as soon as payment for shipping charges is received.
